A space to talk.
A place to begin.
Sometimes life feels too heavy to carry alone. I offer a warm, confidential space where you can speak freely, make sense of things, and find your way forward.
About me
You don't have to have it all figured out to reach out.
I'm a counsellor based in the North East of England, working with adults who are navigating anxiety, difficult relationships, grief, or simply a sense that something isn't right. My approach is person-centred — which means I follow your lead, at your pace, without judgement. I believe that being truly heard can be the beginning of real change.
How I can help
Areas I work with
Anxiety & Stress
Whether it's constant worry, anxiety or something that's started to feel overwhelming, counselling can help you understand what's driving it — and find ways of managing this.
Relationships & Communication
Difficulties with partners, family, or colleagues can leave you feeling stuck or misunderstood. Together we can explore patterns, boundaries, and what you need from the people in your life.
Life Transitions
Bereavement, redundancy, separation, a new chapter — change can unsettle even the most grounded of us. Counselling offers a space to process, grieve, and find your footing again.
In person or online
I offer sessions in Prudhoe, Hexham, and Ryton — as well as online, so you can access support from wherever feels right for you.
Taking the first step can feel daunting.
I'm here when you're ready. There's no pressure, no commitment — just a conversation to see if we're a good fit.
